Greek IPTV not working: what to try

Most problems are fixed in two minutes. Try these in order; if nothing helps, the chat is open.

In short

Check the login is typed exactly (capitals, spaces, http://), restart the app and the device, test another channel, and switch off any VPN. If channels buffer, move the device closer to the router or use a cable. Still stuck? Press "Not working?" in your login email or write in the chat; we can move you to a backup server.

Steps

Step by step

  1. "Invalid login" or "authorisation failed"

    Retype server, username and password exactly; usernames are case-sensitive. Make sure the server starts with http:// and has no space at the end.

  2. Black screen on one channel

    Try another Greek channel. If others work, that stream may be down for a while; tell us which one in the chat.

  3. Nothing plays at all

    Restart the app, then unplug the device for 30 seconds. Switch off any VPN, then try again.

  4. Buffering during matches

    Use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, stop downloads in the house, and choose the HD (not 4K) stream. Ask us for the backup server if it continues.

  5. Guide empty or in the wrong time

    In the app, refresh the EPG and set the time zone to your local one (TiviMate: Settings → EPG).

When to write to us

Send a photo of the error, the device and app you use, and whether a VPN is on. With that we usually solve it in one message. The login email also has a "Not working?" button that sends us exactly that information.

Why does Greek IPTV buffer only in the evening?

Evening is peak internet time at home and abroad. A cable connection, the HD stream and the backup server usually solve it.

Does a VPN help?

Sometimes it hurts: some VPN servers are slow or blocked. Try without; if you need one, tell us and we give you the server that suits it.

What if nothing works?

We keep working on it with you. If it still does not work on your device, you can ask for a refund within 7 days.
