Short version: we keep the little we need to run your subscription, and nothing is sold.

Details we hold about you
Your name and email address, a mobile number for WhatsApp, the country you live in, and which device and player app you use. These come from the forms on this site. If you talk to us in the chat, the conversation is stored so the team can follow it.
What they are for
Delivering your test or paid login, guiding you through setup, matching payments to orders, sending a reminder when your period is about to end, and replying to you. Your details are never sold, rented or handed to advertisers.
Card and wallet payments
Card numbers are entered on the payment provider's own secure page. They never reach us and we keep no copy.
Companies that help us
A transactional email service, our web host and our payment processors handle data for us under their own security and privacy terms. Nobody else receives it.
Retention
Customer records stay while you are a customer, plus the time required for accounting, payment disputes or legal duties. After that they are erased or reduced to anonymous statistics.
Your choices and rights
People in the EU, the UK and many other places have rights under the GDPR or similar laws: access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. Ask through the chat or the contact page; you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Marketing emails
Besides messages about your test, order and plan, we occasionally send customer offers. Each one carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Browser storage and statistics
The site stores small items in your browser so the chat and checkout remember you, and counts visits without advertising trackers.
