What you are buying

A time-limited login that streams live channels and an on-demand library over the internet into a player app of your choice. We do not supply the app or the device. Channels and titles are delivered as available and the selection may change.

The 24-hour test

Every household may request one free test. It needs no payment details and ends by itself; it never converts into a paid plan.

Prices and paying

Current prices are on the plans page, in US dollars, and include everything for the period and screens you choose. You pay before the period starts, using one of the methods offered at checkout. Any currency conversion is charged by your own bank or wallet, not by us.

Plans never renew on their own. We email a reminder before the end date and you decide.

Screens and fair use

A plan lets the stated number of screens play at once. Logins are for you and the people you live with. Reselling, publishing, sharing with other homes or rebroadcasting a login is not allowed, and use above the screens bought may require an upgrade.

Your equipment and internet

Picture quality depends on your connection, device and app. Outages at your internet provider, hardware faults and changes by app developers are outside our control, but we will still help you find a workaround.

Getting help

Help is given through the chat and the contact form, in English and Greek.

Money back

Refunds are handled under the refund policy: within 7 days, when we cannot make the service work for you.

Ending access

We can suspend a login used against these terms, for example for resale, rebroadcasting or a fraudulent payment, and will tell you where we can.

Who we are

We are independent from every broadcaster, channel, league, club and app developer mentioned on this site. Read the notice.

Updates to these terms

If we change these terms, the new date appears at the top. A change never alters a plan you have already paid for.
