Refund policy

The 7-day promise

You can claim a full refund during the first 7 days after paying if the channels cannot be made to play on your device or connection, even with our help. To avoid surprises, start with the free 24-hour test.

Cases not covered

Requests after day 7, a change of mind while everything works, or a login that has been passed on to other households or used on more screens than the plan allows.

Making a request

Send your order number through the chat or the contact page. We will first try a few fixes with you, because most problems turn out to be an app setting or a server choice.

Timing and method

Refunds go back the way you paid. Card and PayPal refunds usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Crypto is returned in the coin you paid with, to an address you provide.
